Web Design - Getting Started
Getting started with an effective website for your Business is easy. Just follow the simple steps below and you'll have a fresh new image in no time! Just call 1-800-420-4WEB (4932).
1. Complete the Web Development Worksheet
In order to aid in the web development process, please download and complete the Web Development Worksheet (for Churches or for Businesses). The completion of this worksheet will give us valuable information that will help us develop a website concept that meets your goals and expectations.
2. Return contract and deposit to Enspire Media
Based on the completion of the Web Development Worksheet, you will be provided with a bid and contract for the project. We require a deposit of 1/3 the total project cost to begin development of your website.
3. Approve website Design
After receiving your content (logo, pictures, specific articles and information), we will develop a graphical comp (Comprehesive Layout) of the proposed website design. This is strictly a graphical design - not a functioning website. Changes and corrections can be made to the design until you are completely satisfied with the website design.
Once the comp has been approved, development of the functioning website can continue and page specific content can be loaded into the website.
4. Website complete!
Again, once the functioning website is complete, corrections and changes can be made until the customer is completely satisfied with the project. Once final payment is received and a subscription is setup for the hosting fees, the website will be made publicly available on the internet.
